Transforming Live Data into Visual Storytelling Across Multiple Years
Over several years at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, TENSION has consistently partnered with Ericsson to deliver cutting-edge demo experiences for a global audience.
Each collaboration shared a common mission: to visualize real-time sports data in an engaging, intuitive, and visually stunning way that showcases the capabilities of Ericsson’s network technologies.
The Challenge
Ericsson aimed to showcase the potential of its network technology through an interactive display that would capture attention on the show floor and online. The challenge was to transform complex, real-time sports data into an experience that was both informative and engaging for visitors from around the world.
The Solution: Real-Time Sports Visualization
TENSION developed a fully responsive and visually dynamic 3D interface that displayed real-time player data, movement paths, unique low-latency multi-camera angles, and in-game analytics. The interface was designed to work seamlessly across large-scale displays and mobile devices, ensuring a consistent and immersive experience.
The result was an elegant fusion of sports technology, design, and interactivity: a true crowd-puller at one of the world's most significant tech events.
The Result
The MWC demo received praise for its clarity, innovation, and ability to communicate the power of Ericsson's networks through visual storytelling. It highlighted TENSION's capability to turn abstract data into impactful narratives, capturing the attention of both tech leaders and the public.
